You can return any item within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. Items must be unworn, with tags attached.
We refund the full amount, including the original standard delivery cost, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice. We may wait until we receive the items back.
How to return
Send us an email with your order number and the items you want to return. We will reply with the return address.
To fill in before launch: return address, who pays return shipping, and the model withdrawal form (required in the EU).
